Cakes
Any of our bestseller or seasonal cupcakes can be made into a larger size cake at the customer’s request. I currently sell 6 and 8” cakes which approximate 8 and 12 slices respectively. Every cake is hand decorated and the 6 layers of goodness are filled with Italian buttercream, ganache, or curd; depending on the flavor. Feel free to make special requests, we will always attempt to accommodate based on the seasonality of certain ingredients.
Birthdays
Happy birthday to you, here’s a cake for your boo. Our classic confetti cake with extra sprinkles is my personal favorite birthday cake, but we offer any of our cake flavors as your birthday cake. Feel free to request any non-seasonal flavor, we will try our absolute best to make your birthday exactly what it is meant to be.
Weddings
We more than welcome creating wedding cakes at all levels of opulence and professionalism. Real or icing flowers, fondant, or buttercream; pick any one of our standard cakes as flavor options, we will also add fillings, glazes, ganaches, or curd. With every wedding cake, I offer the option of free cake tastings and a short consultation so that we can provide you with the cake of your wedding dreams.
Graduations
Reward that graduate for all their hard work! High school, university, trade schools are all welcome. We can decorate with a special message, match school colors, or fit a special theme. A gift that will be appreciated for years to come, create a special moment for the conclusion of your loved one’s journey.
Baby Showers
Classically hidden with blue or pink, but here at Redux Bakery, we celebrate all gender expressions. Let’s surprise you with a green or yellow cake, something rainbow, or filled with sprinkles. Available in sizes for the party large or small.
